At The Wagoner Law Firm, PLLC, I practice criminal law and only criminal law. I have more than 10 years of experience defending clients facing all sorts of charges, from drug possession to DWI charges to sex offenses. I bring that depth of experience and legal knowledge to every case I take on.

I earned my law degree with honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, in 2004, and have been defending clients facing state and federal criminal charges from my Wilmington, North Carolina, office ever since. My combined state and federal defense experience comes in handy in drug cases, which can be prosecuted at both levels. Not all lawyers defend federal cases, and so when you work with me on such cases, you save having to explain your situation all over to someone else.
